📌 My Details:
Experience: 2 Years
Previous CTC: ₹4.3 LPA
New CTC after Wings1 Digital: ₹7.72 LPA
% Increment: 79.5%

📌 My Colleague’s Details:
Experience: 3 Years
Previous CTC: ₹4.6 LPA
New CTC: ₹8.16 LPA
% Increment: 77.3%

💡 Important Note:
The **basic salary did not increase**. Most of the hike comes from **Elevate Incentives, Performance Pay, and Performance Bonus**.

Breakdown of additional components:
Elevate Incentives: ₹2,97,144
Performance Pay: ₹25,200
Performance Bonus: ₹19,200
➡️ Total: ₹3,41,544

📅 Timeline:
Results announced: 20 Aug 2025
Compensation Letter: 15 Sep 2025 (Effective from 1 Sep 2025)
