John Bardis. Friend, mentor, leader. John is one of my all-time favorite human beings. He is the Founder/CEO of MedAssets (he exited for 2.9 billion). He started Hire Heroes, and the story is fascinating how it came together. John coached Olympic wrestling teams, executive produced MULLY (the largest family in the world), and the list goes on. But 2 things stand out more than anything else, and they are the reason I wanted to have him on the podcast:

1️⃣ John’s Authentic Servant-Style Leadership is unparalleled

2️⃣ John did the Marine Corps Marathon (he is super-fit and capable) BUT he did it in a wheel chair to honor a fallen soldier. There is a great story behind it. John is remarkable to say the least.
