In this video, I'll discuss the five mental states that we can find ourselves in and the impact that each one has on the warrior. While I discuss this in terms of a combat, or warrior mindset - this shared understanding applies to any mindset including leadership, hunting, or even driving a car.

There are five mental mindsets that we can find ourselves in. White is a state of myopia where we have no situational awareness. Yellow is maintaining full situational awareness and often descrived as keeping your "head on a swivel". Orange and Red are the two mindsets where the warrior has identified a threat and then takes purposeful action to negotiate the threat. Black is a state of panic or fear and often described as fear, flight, or flight syndrome.
