Super Mario 64 B3313 v0.9 - FINALE 2/2 - Playthrough - No Commentary (Part 22)

Описание к видео Super Mario 64 B3313 v0.9 - FINALE 2/2 - Playthrough - No Commentary (Part 22)

It's finally time to see the end of this very awesome game. I had a great time playing and recording and showing it off to all who have watched. First, let me explain how to get to Bowser in the Eternal Fort. (warning - long)
As you see in this video, the normal star gate that led to the ending in the last version (needed 30 stars to open) is now locked unless you collect all 13 red stars... but there's only 7. That would make reaching the end impossible but there's a cryptic alternate route I found with the map online. If you keep entering the hole in the floor at the end of the boo filled hallway, which normally leads to Peach's cell, there's a small chance it will lead to Bowser instead for some reason. There's two different Bowser arenas, Eternal Fort (new) and Eternal Fort (beta). The hole can lead you to the Beta version, which is just the old final boss from B3313 v0.7. If you fall off the arena and die in the Beta level, it takes you back to the Randomized Realm, which is now remixed and extended a bit. There's a star here you can get from stomping 5 Piranha Plants or collecting 8 red coins, but you need to fly to get around the level. Re-enter the pipe in the Randomized Realm and it will always take you to the NEW Eternal Fort, which is much harder and has 8 red coins and Bowser at the end. The Bowser fight is more difficult depending on how you played the game.
Once you watch the ending cutscene you get sent to a greyscale castle, which has a pipe taking you to this weird castle grounds, which has a pipe taking you to Star Road, which has 4 difficult challenge courses. I explore them as much as I can, but some aren't finished. At that point I have seen every level, but there's still more left to do with the Yellow Switch.
I pressed the Yellow Switch to test its effects, it does some weird things. One thing the switch can do is take away or give overworld stars (there's like 8) such as the Mips stars (the bnuny). All the way back in the beginning of my playthrough I screwed up and collected Mips twice in a row and this locked some stars from being collected (why? look it up yourself).
The switch made my Mips re-appear so I collect stars from the other bunnies in two other levels (Rainbow Highway and the Crimson Hallway), then take his stars from the one in the courtyard, and it's done I have a star count of 176. I showed my scoreboard, but after doing more exploring on my own I realized I missed 1 star in the Wing Cap Tower level, so I opened OBS 1 last time to record myself collecting that 177th star, finally reaching the max I can get.
Well, there IS one more star to get, 178... but I don't think I can do it. If I'm right, it might be a star that can only be "collected" randomly via the Yellow Switch, which I'll leave alone for now.

TL-DR: play this game for yourself, have fun, but if you want all the stars use the map.
Thanks for watching!
