Ginger- a small piece
Cumin Seeds- 1 tsp
Oil- 1 tbsp
Ghee- 1 tsp
Mustard Seeds- 1 tsp
Urad Dal- 1/4 tsp
Channa Dal- 1 tbsp
Curry Leaves- Few
Asafoetida- 1/4 tsp
onion- 1 (chopped)
Salt to Taste
Cooked Rice- 3 Cup



Soya Fried Rice:

Soya Chunks- 1 Cup
Hot Water- as required
Salt to Taste
Chilli Powder- 1 tbsp
Garam Masala- 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste- 1/2 tbsp
Maida- 2 tbsp
Corn Flour- 2 tbsp
Food Colour- few drops(optional)
Lemon- 1/2
Water- as Required
Oil For Deep Fry


Oil- 2 tbsp
Chopped Garlic- 1 tbsp
Onion- 1
Green Chilli- 2 to 3
Soya Sauce- 1 tbsp
Tomato Sauce- 2 tbsp
Vinegar- 1/2 tbsp
Chilli Powder- 1/2 tsp
Cooked Rice- 1 Cup
Coriander Leaves- 1 tsp

White Veg Pulao:

Rice- 1 Cup
Oil- 2 tbsp
Ghee- 1 tbsp
Cumin Seeds- 1 tsp
Chinnamon- 1
Bay Leaf- 1
Cloves- 2 to 3
Cardamom- 1
Star Anise- 1
Onion- 1
Green Chilli- 2
Carrot- 1/2 Cup
Potato- 1/2 Cup
Beans- 1/2 Cup
Tomato- 1
Ginger Garlic Paste- 1 tsp
Fresh Green Peas- 1/2 Cup
Water- 2 Cup
Salt to Taste

Curry Leave Rice:

Boiled Rice- 3 Cup
Oil- 2 tbsp
Mustard Seeds- 1 tsp
Urad Dal- 1/4 tsp
Channa Dal- 1/4 tsp
Red Chilli- 2
Curry Leaves- 1 String
Green Chilli- 2
Asafoetida- 1/4 tsp
Ghee/Oil- 1 tbsp
Raw Peanuts- Handful
Cashew Nuts- 5 to 8(Optional)
Lemon Juice- 1 tbsp
Salt to Taste
Curry Leaves Powder- 1 1/2 tsp


Masala Rice:

1 Cup= 200gm/200ml
