The Dueling, Broadway-Bound Great Gatsby Musicals

The Great Gatsby entered public domain January 1, 2021, and as such, we have a bounty of Great Gatsby theatrical events! Immersive Gatsby, The Great Gatsby at Paper Mill Playhouse, and Gatsby at American Repertory Theatre. What the heck is going on with these shows? Which will make it to Broadway? And what can a similar Broadway duel teach us about the future of these?
