Zone51 kodi is a secluded private beach house in Kodi Bengre beach which is 24 km from Main Udupi. I have reached udupi in bus from Bangalore which costed me around 900₹ per person for an Ac sleeper.
After reaching I got a scooty from royal brothers for 500₹ plus taxes for a day. The process was very tiring and took a lot of time to set up an account in their website and getting it approved. They even collect 14% percent tax CGST and SGST each. I would suggest going with Royal brothers if you need the bill to submit for taxes then may be but if you just want a good bike for ₹400 per day without additional taxes and lot of time saving go for other bike rentals in the area such as RR bike rentals or EZ rentals.

Reaching the property was pretty easy as the location is properly accessible and available on the Maps (Zone 51 Kodi - Homestay & Campsite) the property is a small beach stay village style with very few amenities but you get a beautiful secluded beach with almost no crowd and lot of unique water sports to try out like body boarding, Mangrove kayaking and sunrise speed boating. If you are looking out for a small isolated place to chill with friends in your own private beach, you should definitely visit this place because the beach is so clean and calm.

If you are more into the touristy areas, they also have Zone 51 Malpe in Mattu beach, known for its location on the OG road where the beach is on one side and the back waters on the other. They also offer surfing, island expeditions, kayaking, sea kayaking and standup paddling along with a nice beach stay and tents.

As we are speaking of the stays available for different categories of people, if you plan a vacation with a large group of friends and want to stay near the Malpe beach then you can check out this extremely budget friendly options at Blue bay luxury cottages and coastal hideout family cottages.
