💢 What Causes Upper Back Pain?
If you’re dealing with stubborn pain between your shoulder blades, chances are it’s not actually your rhomboid muscles causing the issue. Most “rhomboid pain” is referred discomfort from irritated thoracic spine joints or compressed nerves in the lower neck.
