The ECW336 has a 4x4 5GHz radio, useful for a lot of clients, or if you are using mesh connections. The remote ECW260 will have the 5GHz radio on grid mode for connecting back to the main ECW260 and to allow clients on the 5GHz band to connect, and a 2.4GHz radio is used for accessing clients. The main ECW260 would be in Access Point Mode on the 2.4Ghz radio, With the 5Ghz radio being used to connected to The Remote Access Point, While the 2.4Ghz radio could be used for client connections throughout the office.

The ECW230 could be used at an internal location, connected back to a multi-gigabit PoE Switch ECS2512FP managed from a cloud-based provider, then connected to the router.
