The Spring Hill Gang attempts to leverage a warrant to get a win, and to stifle protected whistle blower speech. In retaliation for reporting the HIPAA violation, and the IRS violations- Mirra attempted to use her criminal history and an active warrant to secure an arrest. The lawyers literally went through everyone's of the court records including the last case. They cited this in the court original motion. They were completely aware of the warrant via the docket. Then when a motion requesting a video appearance both lawyers quickly and vehemently demanded appearance. Show up for court, tell the sheriff a warrant is lodged - and then lawsuit and whistleblower complaints stop. Except it's abuse of process and these two lawyers knew it and so did their client Mirra. If you can't win on the merits you win by dirty tricks. We are getting prepared to file a motion in the court seeking sanctions. BUT wait there is more! Mirra didn't just engage one consultant that had to do with the Citrus fraud case. They engaged another one- Wait to hear about this bombshell. How does one TPA CONTRACT with two people intricately linked to the Citrus Fraud case?

Mirra engaged a contractor with a warrant, a healthcare conviction and identity theft conviction without any checks - then try to blame her for their lack of vetting. Then when she terminated the contract they left her access on for three-days. She notified them of the access. If that wasn't enough, they didn't wipe her device using Office365 for 20 more days. Then they want to blame her for contracting, they want to blame her for the HIPAA violation- This doesn't begin to touch the IRS issues, and FCA violations... Stay tuned Folks.
