In today's VLOG we explore one of the most iconic spring landscapes in the world, the Dutch tulip fields. Did you know it's possible to bike from Amsterdam to Hillegom and Lisse? Well.. that is if you are prepared to bike for almost two hours (and half of it on the highway). We found a better and more enjoyable way by biking from Haarlem! Haarlem is a dutch city located not too far from Amsterdam.
The tulip fields are located near the Keukenhof, the biggest tulip theme park in the world. Because of the current circumstances, the Keukenhof is closed for visitors but we can still enjoy the open air fields of Lisse and Hillegom!
In this video I also give you travel tips on how to rent a bike from the Dutch public transport company, I show you what a part of the dutch country side is like, I also give you tips on how and when to visit the tulip fields.
