Neurographic Art's not for me

When I first heard about Neurographic art I gave it a try, maybe not fully understanding it and how it should be created, I didn't find it restful or rewarding therefore I put it to one side deciding it wasn't for me. A few months ago a dear friend of mine, Gayle Agostinelli, discovered it and challenged me to have a go because she found it very calming and thought it would help me, so I tried it again and again I found it didn't work for me and this video is about why I think I find it difficult.

All said and done I could just be doing it wrong.
