On the weekend of August 10 & 11, 2024, friends gathered in Grover Beach, California, to connect their HO scale modules of two different standards. Simple Mo and Free-mo modules were connected at a private residence to run trains that were prototypical and some not so prototypical. The goal was to have some fun and that goal was achieved.

Thanks to Stuart Young for hosting the gathering. Michael Mickens was the run chief and Harry Schade was the DCC run chief. Also joining us was James Harness, Jacob Klatt and Janek Bringle.
