I've been playing Final Fantasy VIII for over two decades now, and have always felt that I had a pretty good grasp on the story. Recently however, I discovered that I was unaware of some pretty major plot elements; and now after researching what I missed, I am here to present to others who may have misunderstood or are ignorant of this info.
