Trying Nashville Hot Chicken in Malaysia - a work in progress at HOT BIRD, Kuala Lumpur

Hot Bird is the only place serving Nashville Hot Chicken in KL and we had to try it. It is serve with crispy fried chicken on the inside of the burger, mayo and pickles in the bottom. The spiciness just hits the back of my throat immediately omg! It was definitely crispy, juicy and peppery. The only thing is that the chicken had not much flavor as it was not sweet or salty besides spicy. I think this is the best in KL but this cannot be compared to the ones in the states. If you never tried this before Hot Bird would be the only place for now to try but they have a lonnggg way to go in getting the flavor rights maybe frying the chicken with a lot more seasoning. Overall, a great introduction to Nashville Hot Chicken.
