French Charge the British Squares: Waterloo 200th Reenactment

In this video from the Battle of Waterloo 200th anniversary reenactment, see French cavalry charge the Allied squares - one of the most memorable parts of the battle. If the squares stands firm, the cavalry cannot force their horses past the line of bayonets on every edge of the square, and the defenders are safe. But if they falter for a moment, the cavalry can cut them to pieces.
