Shinra is attempting to destroy the pillar to drop the plate above Sector 7 in order to kill AVALANCHE. Upon Cloud and Tifas arrival they find Biggs, Wedge and Jessie badly wounded, but they insist the two help Barret who is still fighting. Climbing the pillar they find Barret at the top whom they regroup with before Shinra swoop in again for another assault. This time however Reno drops from the passing helicopter and activates the time bomb. Knowing he only needs to hold the group off for a little while before detonation, a battle follows. 1,000HP.
