This is the second build video for my custom Sawstop contractor saw mobile base. Hopefully between the various videos on this, it will provide enough information if someone wants to build a similar base.

The legend information:

Legend - Bolts / fasteners
A. 5/16" - 18 x 2" long (6 bolts, 12 wachers, 6 nuts) - coarse zinc (hold sides and front to saw frame)
B. 3/8" - 16 x 3.5" long ( 2 bolts, 4 washers, 2 nuts) - coarse zinc (hold back pipe support board in place)
C. 1/4" - 20 x 2.5" long ( 2 bolts, 4 washers, 2 nuts) - coarse zinc (pipe bolts)
D. 1/4: - 1.5" lag screws (24 lag screws, or for bolts instead of screws, use 24 of 1/4" 20 x 2" long with 24 washers and nuts) - zinc (attach hinges)
E. 3" deck screws (2 screws) used to re-inforce around the pipe in the front board with the pipe hole in it to prevent splitting
F. 1/4" - 20 x 1.5" long (2 bolts, 2 washers, 2 nuts) - coarse zinc (hold on the pipe hanger on the back brace board for the pipe)
G. 2.5" deck screws (15 screws to hold the lever boards to the 2x6's and to hold the front pipe board to the front 2x4) I used 5 per connection, ie 5 for each lever and 5 for attaching the pipe board. The diagrams did not show that on all locations, but that was done.
H. 3.5" door hinges ( 4 hinges)

Legend - Boards
1. two sides 2x4 - 26 5/8" long
2. one front 2x4 - 23 3/4" long
3. two lever boards 2x4 (6 inches long) or 2x6 10.5" long
4. two wheel/hinge boards 2x6 - 23 1/2 inches long
5. either use one 2x4 6" long in a vertical orientation or one 2x6 9" long in a horizontal orientation
6. one 1x2 - 20 1/2" long for the back pipe hanger board
7. one 1x2 - 11" long for the upper rope attachment board
