Treyarch’s Call of Duty Zombies has evolved since its origins in Call of Duty: World at War Zombies (CoD WaW Zombies) through Call of Duty: Black Ops Zombies (CoD BO1 Zombies) and beyond. Fans loved the challenging round-based survival, but recent changes in games like Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Zombies (CoD BO4 Zombies) and Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Zombies (CoD BOCW Zombies) introduced perk changes, loadouts, and field upgrades that shifted away from the original survival formula.
