2025年最初のパンレシピは・・・
Can★Doで購入したねこ型を使って、しっとりふわふわ〜なハニーミルクねこパンを作りますよ😊

【材料】ねこ型３個分
・強力粉：200g
・きび砂糖：15g
・塩：3g
・スキムミルク10g
・ドライイースト：3g
・はちみつ：5g
・バター：10g
・水：130g

【作り方】
1、ボウルに強力粉、きび砂糖、塩、スキムミルク、ドライイーストを入れ軽く混ぜます
2、水、バター、はちみつを加え生地がまとまるまでよく混ぜます
3、生地を台の上に出し滑らかになるまで捏ねます
4、２倍程度に膨らむまで一次発酵させます
5、手で押してガスを抜き生地を３等分にします
6、生地を丸め10分ベンチタイム
7、再び生地を丸め直し、型に入れる
8、30分程度二次発酵させる
9、クッキングシートと天板を型の上に乗せ200℃に予熱したオーブンで15〜18分焼きます

[Materials] 3 cat molds
・Strong flour: 200g
・Cane sugar: 15g
・Salt: 3g
・Skim milk 10g
・Dry yeast: 3g
・Honey: 5g
・Butter: 10g
・Water: 130g


[How to make]
1. Put strong flour, cane sugar, salt, skim milk, and dry yeast in a bowl and mix lightly
2. Add water, butter, and honey and mix well until the dough comes together
3. Put the dough on a counter and knead until smooth
4. Let it rise until it doubles in size
5. Press with your hands to remove gas and divide the dough into 3 equal parts
6. Roll the dough into balls and rest for 10 minutes
7. Roll the dough again and put it in a mold
8. Let it rise for about 30 minutes
9. Place a baking sheet and baking tray on top of the mold and bake in a preheated oven at 200℃ for 15 to 18 minutes
