In 1863, a small group of Christian Brothers created a college that has grown into today's La Salle University. Much has changed since La Salle's doors first opened. Today, the University educates more than 7,000 students annually, from our main campus in Philadelphia to classrooms around the Delaware Valley and in locations worldwide. One thing has not changed: our Lasallian principle of educating minds and hearts. We focus on preparing students not only for professional success but also for service in their communities. This has always been the foundation of a Christian Brothers education. We are living that promise today.
