In this video on Chapter 14 of Outshining Trauma by Ralph De La Rosa, I, Christine, give an overview of the entire healing process of witnessing, reparenting, retrieving, unburdening, and integrating exiles who hold painful emotions and beliefs.

I also give an update about why I have taken awhile to put out a new video and examples of doing this valuable healing work in my own system.

Finally, I lead you through two smaller exercises from chapter 14 to 1) connect with exiled parts and 2) to help them release their burdens to one of the elements.
