This video is about Alu keema recipe Pakistani Indian style. We need 1/2 kg beef / Mutton keema. Take one onion and fry it till golden brown in 1 1/2 cup of oil. Then add one TS of ginger garlic paste and fry it for 2 minutes then add Mince and fry it for at least 10 minutes. Now Add all spices like,
Red crushed chilli 1 TS
termaric powder 1/2 TS
Kashmiri red chilli powder 1/2 TS
black pepper 1/2 TS
salt as required
coriander powder 1/2 TS
cinnamon,
cloves,
black & green cardamom
and fry it for 10 minutes with showers of water. Now add potatoes and fry it for at least 7 to 10 minutes then add 2 cup of water and cover it for 7 to 10 minutes at medium flame when water dry and oil appears over then add cumin seeds powder, ginger slices and coriander leaves, put the flame off and cover it for 5 minutes for settlement .
very spicy Dhaba style keema Alu is ready serve it with Naan, chapati or tandoori roti.
