On this day, we had our second such show, meaning the self-titled show by Vernon Eugene Finney, the master painter himself.

On May 16, 2020, Luis and Vernon featured three amazingly beautiful paintings, each standing 8 feet tall and 4 feet wide. Their names being, in the order being shown, left to right, "Mountain Meadow", "Centuries Sentries" and "Horsehead Mesa".

World War 2 veteran of the US Navy, and Master Artist/Painter (Vernon E. Finney), alongside his sidekick, Technologist/Creative Director/Business Manager (Luis Gustavo Rodriguez/DoctorLouie) and Arno Baule (Vernon's 60+ year-long friend) as well as Terry Conner (Vernon's 50+ year-long friend).

ACTIVITY TIMELINE

@1:01 SHOWN: "Mountain Meadow", "Centuries Sentries" and "Horsehead Mesa"

@33:17 Arno states, "These, uh, paintings look like they stretch floor to ceiling."

@33:22 Luis responds, "They do, they're actually at an angle right now."

@33:25 Arno responds, "Oh my god, they don't, they don't even fit?"

@33:26 Luis responds, "They won't stand up, they're at an angle."

@33:30 Arno exclaims, "That's amazing!"

@33:31 Luis responds, "Uhum."

@33:32 Arno exclaims, "Wow, they're so beautiful."

@33:34 Luis responds, "Yeah, they're even much more beautiful in real life."

@33:38 Arno exclaims, "Yeah, I'm sure."

@33:39 Luis states, "Whoever, we're trying to get, uh, he's trying to sell these because they are very hard to keep."

@33:44 Arno responds, "Yeah."

@33:44 Luis continues, "They're sitting on the side, over here, because we can't even stand them up, they're sitting on their sides."

@33:53 Vernon states… This is the first time they've been shown publicly.

@34:22 Arno exclaims, "That's incredible!"

@34:23 Luis continues, "Yeah, I have to rebuilt the, uh, frames."

@34:30 Terry, Vernon's long time friend, is on the phone listening/talking to us via speaker phone using Vernon's iPhone. He says something which causes us to take note.

@34:32 Luis pauses and asks, "Yeah?"

@34:34 Vernon asks… What was that?

@34:37 Terry responds, "I was trying to get my speaker working."

@34:56 Vernon continues… They're 12 feet of paintings that're 8 feet high. One day, we'll have room to show them all.

@34:10 Arno responds, "Yeah."

@34:11 Vernon continues… But, right now, we can't. We have to lay them down, up against the wall, right by the bar.

@34:18 Vernon continues… Our wet bar.

@34:22 Luis states, "Yeah."

@34:22 Vernon jokingly continues… That's awful dry right now.

@34:23 Luis laughingly states, "Yeah."

@34:25 Arno asks, "So, Luis, have you digitized these?"

@34:30 Luis responds, "Have we digitized them? Yeah, he had these digitized, but the transparency for the middle one is missing."

@34:37 Arno adds, "Really?"

@34:40 Luis responds, "We have the transparency for the other two."

@35:42 Vernon adds… So, we'll have to have it digitized again.

@35:45 Luis adds, "Yeah, the sec… the middle one, at least."

@35:49 Arno asks, "Were you satisfied with the copies?"

@35:52 Vernon states… Yeah.

@35:52 Luis exclaims, "Yeah, those are awesome. Yeah, the transparencies are amazing."

@35:57 Arno states, "Okay."

@35:58 Luis states, "Yeah, we get all the color out of them. And, whoever did them, did them properly, because they are the right color."

@36:03 Arno states, "Yeah."

@36:04 Luis states, "And, uh, we've been doing a lot of stuff with the transparencies, so that's a good thing they that they work."

@36:10 Arno states, "Uhum."

@36:16 Arno states, "Well, hum. This is all just first rate art, Vernon. It's just, uh…" seemingly awestricken...

@36:30 Luis states, "Its amazing! And, we also have good lighting in here, which gives us the ability to pull out the color like that."

@36:37 Arno states, "Yeah."

@36:41 Luis continues, "We came up on some nice light bulbs. We can go from yellow to really white light. Unbelievable."

@36:54 Arno states, "Cool. Cool."

@36:57 Luis continues, "It helps us pull the color out like that."

@37:00 Arno asks, "Are these shown in galleries?"

@37:04 Vernon responds…No, they've not been shown in a gallery.

@37:11 Arno responds, "You really should do a show, Vernon. But, you've been down that route so much, I'm sure you're not..."

@37:20 Vernon interjects… I'm not sure which two they had in a consignment store. And, a guy almost bought them for $40,000 a piece.

@38:20 Arno starts having trouble with his Zoom…

@43:47 Luis shows all participants, at least those which are visible, meaning himself, Arno, Vernon and the three paintings, those being "Mountain Meadow", "Centuries Sentries" and "Horsehead Mesa".

@52:55 Luis shows another angle/view, this time we can see "The Secret Keeper" that's in the wet bar Vernon alluded to earlier in the show, as well as "Sunset Over Four Seasons" and we also get a small glimpse of "Horsehead Mesa" in the mirror's reflection.
