In Mindvalley, Eric previously led the business unit responsible for half of the company’s revenue, scaling operations up and nearly doubling revenue year-on-year. He has shaped the executive team, organizational structure, and people & operational systems at Mindvalley to support alignment, scalability, rapid execution, and innovation.
