This beginner trampoline workout is geared for new jumpers who want to learn some of the basic moves. And if your an experienced jumper you may enjoy this as a recovery workout or even just getting back to fundamentals. Rebounder workouts are low impact and great for the lymphatic system (removing cellular waste). This is not about speed, get the move down and go for a bigger range of motion. Let's JUMP!
