Function and Features Description
1,The system supplies the 2 part a:b glue in a predetermined ratio,amount and controlled temperature into the mixing head. The two-part media will do final mixing by the Rotary Static&Dynamic disposable mixer to deliver a fully homogeneous consistency.
2,Adopting double stepper motor drives precision metering gear pump or screw pump, effectively prevent the abrasion of the glue filler on the pump.Flow rate up to 20L/H.Seals/O-ring is made rubbers material. Durable and long life.
3,Adopting the dynamic mixing or static mixing valve,High precision of mixing ratio, repetition out-gluing rate stably and evenly performance. close the glue not drawing and not leak.
4,The machine is made of stainless steel 304 or Metal material. The material tanks consist of corrosive resistant chassis,tank covers,5--6mm thicker drum wall,and explosion-proof base and outer cylinder.It is durable and can hold vacuum and more safer&reliable.
5,Two tanks keep AB material separated before they mix, to ensure the raw materials anti- solidification for a long time. Opening the function of anti-curing can efficiently prevent the AB glue solidification in the pipe.
