Priest Bit Woman During Dispute Over Communion Bread in Church: Cops

A Florida priest allegedly bit a woman during a heated dispute in an “attempt to defend the Communion bread” on May 19. Authorities said Father Fidel Rodriguez initially refused to give the woman bread and advised her to give a confession before she could receive the Holy Communion. The woman, who participated in the confession, returned two hours later. That’s when things spiraled out of control.
