Coconut jaggery modak is quick, easy and healthy modak recipe perfect to make when you are in hurry. I personally like this recipe because my mother used to make it in Ganesh festival. Here I used dry coconut instead of that you can use fresh coconut as per your choice. This modak recipe will take hardly 10 to 15 minutes, so when you are in hurry to make prasadam for Ganapati bappa, this is the best option. Do try this recipe, it is very easy if you follow proper measurement, also this is good idea for kid’s lunch box as a sweet, I’m sure they will enjoy it.
Taste of these modaks will remind you of coconut chikki and if you are using fresh coconut then it will taste like traditional ukadiche modak.

Ingredients:
Ghee – 1 Tsp
Jaggery – ¾ cup
Dry coconut – 1 ½ cup
Cardamom powder – 1 Tsp
