Career Break at 40 to Travel. (why it couldn't wait)

Call it what you want -- a midlife career break, adult gap year, or sabbatical leave -- but quitting a job mid-career to travel or for any other reason is not a decision you take lightly. I never thought I would get to this point, but it's amazing how life has a way of shifting your priorities and changing your perspective over the years. In this video I recount some of the factors that led me to this decision and why dreams sometimes conquer practicality.
