ingredients:

-one sausage
-vegetable oil
-2 slice of bacon
-4 eggs
-6 tbsp chopped spring onion
-4 tbsp milk
-salt to taste
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
-4 slice of bread
-one slice cheese
-ketchup sauce
-2 slice cheese


recipe:

-take a sausage, cut into half, make small cuts on the sausage with a knife and set it aside.
-cut two pieces of bacon in half and keep it aside.
-heat a pan over low-medium heat, add vegetable oil.
-fry the sausage and bacon for 4-5 minutes
-in a bowl add eggs, chopped spring onion, milk, salt to taste, black pepper, whisk together till every thing combined.
-heat the same pan over low-medium heat, pour the half of egg mixture, place 2 slice of bread, cook until eggs are no longer runny.
-flip the overlapping egg onto the bread sliced, place one slice cheese, sausage on top of one slice bread, apply ketchup on another bread, place the breads on top of each other and the egg sandwich is ready.
-repeat the same steps for another sandwich, for this one, you can use bacon instead of sausage.
