Описание к видео HIGH PROTEIN LOW CARB Copycat McDonalds Snack Wrap

I loved this collab with Ashley From Protein Snack Queen!

Sooooooo not sure if you heard, but the McDonalds Snack wrap is back (after an almost 10-year hiatus!) and this brought on a ton of nostalgia for us! In true Jazz and Ash fashion, we’ve put a high-protein, low carb spin on this yummy, nostalgic snack so you can hit your protein goals while still enjoying the novelty of a crispy McDonald’s snack wrap! We hope you love it as much as we did (we literally couldn’t stop saying how good these were 😂👌🏽)

1 package of egg wraps (8 wraps)
1 lb of chicken, preferably tenders
1/2 a bag of BBQ chips
4 oz lite shredded cheese-we used cheddar
Shredded lettuce
2 eggs
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
Avocado oil spray
Pinch of salt

1️⃣ Prep the coating by adding the BBQ chips to a food processor and pulse until finely crushed. (You can also smash them in a bag—just make sure they’re pretty pulverized.) Pour the crushed chips into a shallow bowl.
2️⃣ Crack the eggs into a second shallow bowl and beat thoroughly.
3️⃣ Lightly season the chicken with salt, then coat the tenders by dipping each chicken tender into the egg mixture, making sure it’s fully coated, then pressing it into the crushed chips to coat both sides. Repeat with all tenders.
4️⃣ Place the coated tenders on an air fryer tray, spray with avocado oil, and cook at 400°F for 16–18 minutes. Oven option: Bake at 425°F for 18–22 minutes, flipping halfway through if needed.
5️⃣ In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
6️⃣ Lay out the wraps. On each one, add shredded lettuce, ½ oz of cheese, cooked tenders and a drizzle of honey mustard. Fold the wrap and enjoy 🙂
Makes 8 wraps:
Estimated Nutrition per wrap: 175 calories | 21g protein | 14g carbs | 4g fat
