✅Today's recipe is easy leftover roast chicken pasta!
For this simple leftover chicken recipe (that serves 3) you need the following ingredients:

leftover chicken
120gr smoked pancetta or bacon
a pinch of black pepper
salt is optional as in most situation the ready cooked chicken would be already seasoned and pancetta has already a hefty amount of salt, but you adjust to your taste.
a pinch of chili flakes
a clove of grated garlic
1tsp of tomato paste
5-10gr butter
250ml dairy cream
chopped chives
330gr dry pasta
