Today i am sharing recipe of a very healthy and delicious Carrot cake with basic ingredients . It is made without eggs, maida, oil, condensed milk, cream. The cake is very easy to make and comes out super soft and spongy. It is soft like dream. It is a must try recipe. Do try and give me your feed back.

1 cup- 240ml
1/2 cup- 120ml
1/4 cup- 60ml
Weight of cake- 500g Approx


Ingredients For Carrot Cake
1 Cup grated carrot (100g)
1/2 Cup+5tbsp Milk
3/4 Cup Grinded Sugar(100g)
3 tbsp melted ghee
1/2 Tsp Elaichi powder
1 Tsp Vinegar
1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour(150g approx)
1/4 Cup Milk Powder(50g)
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
1 Pinch Salt
Cashews and pumpkin Seeds for Decoration
