Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong Harbour View Room Staycation Review

As the pandemic in Hong Kong has finally subsided a bit, I am finally heading for another staycation after almost one-year hiatus (the last one at the Upper House). I have always wanted to stay in the Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, which is renowned for its beautiful pool with its iconic seaside view of the Victoria Harbour. I'm staying at the newly renovated standard harbour view room, which also had the iconic Victoria Harbour view.

Equally famous is its army of Michelin-starred restaurants, namely the Lung King Heen(龍景軒), the Caprice and Sushi Saito. So how was my stay at the Four Seasons Hotel? Does its food live up to its Michelin-starred status? Let's go!
