We had a fabulous exploration of LovingKindness. Would you cross the street to give to the homeless? Would you give if they were on the same side?

This is the 9th American Mussar Cycle since we started gathering in March 2020. Mussar is a Jewish spiritual practice that helps you identify those things that keep holding you back, and offers a path towards balance and healing through mindful action. This is a drop in group, people of all ages, religious backgrounds, and any level of Jewish knowledge welcome. Everyone had an opportunity to share their perspective, connect to others, and pick a practice for the following week. You are invited to experience this for yourself.
