Beretta 21A Ghostbuster. Who you gonna call? Not Beretta!

UPDATE 2-16-24: For the first time since this soap opera began I got a call from Beretta instead of me constantly chasing them. I got a call from their GM, George. He was apologetic about the situation and investigating. I feel very positive about our conversation. I could tell he's passionate about the company, their customers and their brand. He was very genuine. We'll see where we go from here but George's call brought me a step closer to restoring my confidence in Beretta.

I'm a die hard Beretta fanboy. Love their products and how they push the envelope in engineering and design to create functioning works of art. But they really dropped the ball when it comes to QC and customer service. Very disappointed by a company I highly regarded.
