DISNEY Pointe Barre (or Flat Shoes!) Intermediate Advanced Ballet Class | Kathryn Morgan

Today I am bringing you a Disney themed ballet barre! I have designed it as a technique class on pointe, but feel free to wear your flat shoes! Pace yourself! This one will really test your stamina and strength, but hopefully the Disney songs will bring a smile to your face!
