Yoga is an art and this is how I express my art and the purpose of this video is to demonstrate my stretching skills to inspire others.

I start my day with yoga & stretching because flexibility is an important part of my wellbeing ritual.

Note to Youtube moderators: I'm wearing typical yoga clothes that provide comfort during stretching.
