Hello everyone,

I recently underwent a rhinoplasty in Istanbul, Turkey, performed by Dr. Murat Polat. A friend recommended him to me after having a 'mummy make over', and I was impressed by his Instagram. I’m hoping that the alarplasty scarring will fade and that my nostrils will be more symmetrical after the surgery. This nose job has been something I’ve desired for many years, particularly due to the bullying I experienced in school from boys. However, that never deterred me from thriving and becoming my best self. I also had a deviated septum, which made my nose appear longer and more pointed than it actually was. To make matters worse, I’ve tried various sprays to manage my ongoing nasal leakage, which may be attributed to non-allergic rhinitis. Nine months after my nose job, I was back in Turkey for a revision..........alone!
