Performance | The Durham Quartet | TEDxDurhamUniversity

The Durham Quartet have frequently performed at high-profile events at Durham University, such as Castle June Ball and Ladies Night, Hatfield Lion in Winter Ball, Champagne Ball and Music Durham Ball, and they are incredibly excited to be playing for TEDxDurhamUniversity!

The Durham Quartet, founded in 2015, is comprised of four of the most sought-after string players in Durham’s music scene. Members include 1st violinist Hayley Lam (Leader of DUOS Chamber Orchestra), 2nd violinist Sergei Batishchev (Leader of DUOS Symphony Orchestra), violist Amy Green (President of DUOS) and cellist Jessica Bryden (section leader in DUOS Chamber Orchestra).
