Landscape photography is a personal journey and one should not take it so hard, because its not hard. Getting out with you camera is the most important aspect of landscape photography, being in nature taking it all in and maybe just maybe getting an image is what the journey is about. Don't think you need award wining images to validate your landscape photography because if you do then you have failed.
