Recipes for todays video:

No Pectin, No Processed Sugar Strawberry Jam
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 3/4 tsp grass-fed gelatin powder
1/4 cup raw honey or maple syrup
2 1/2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
First, sprinkle and whisk the gelatin into the lemon juice. Let sit for 5 minutes until bloomed (gelled).
Cook berries on the stove, and blend with immersion blender. Add gelatin and lemon juice. Stir. Once it starts to boil, take it off the unit. Pour into container and cool. It will gel up after its completely cooled.

I used the same recipe from the sandwich bread loaf above. After the bulk ferment, I spread the dough out in an oiled 9x13 dish and cover. Let it rise until bubbly. Then make holes with fingers, drizzle with oil. And add toppings. Bake at 400 degrees until golden.

Granola
4 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup unfed sourdough
1/2 tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt
bake at 350 for about 30 to 40 minutes. If omitting sourdough discard, only bake for 20 minutes.
