By entering the sweepstakes (the "Giveaway"), you acknowledge that you are a registered user of YouTube with a valid email address accessible from your channel home page. You acknowledge that additional restrictions may apply if you are not a US resident, including the possibility of ineligibility.
The winner of the Giveaway will receive one (1) copy of LEGO set #75248 as seen in this official Giveaway video announcement, condition is New in Sealed Box. Shipping will be free to residents of the US. If you do not live in the US you may not be eligible for this Giveaway, but we (Brick System Brothers) will be in communication in the case of a winner from outside the US.
To be considered for this Giveaway, you must subscribe to this channel (Brick System Brothers), remaining subscribed until the close of the Giveaway is announced by video to be published on this channel. Additionally, you must leave a comment about any single or multiple video(s) from the 15 found in our "Let's Build" playlist, which has been included in a card at 1:06 and at the end of the announcement. This comment must be made from the same account used to meet the subscription requirement; please refrain from using profane language or including subjects irrelevant to the Giveaway. The combination of subscription and comment makes up a single entry.
The Giveaway winner will be randomly selected by the service provided at https://namepicker.net and the winner will be mentioned in a comment on the announcement video, having 5 days to reach out to the email address provided if we can't find an email address linked to your channel. We will use this communication to obtain a valid shipping address where the winner can receive the prize. Failure to provide such an address will result in disqualification.
When Brick System Brothers reaches 500 subscribers as seen on the "About" page of our YouTube account, this Giveaway will be closed with the title of this video being changed to mark the official closure of the sweepstakes period, which begins September 22nd, 2020 at 9:00 AM GMT when this video was publicly published. After closure, no new entries will be considered. The operation of this Giveaway requires the collection of some user information. By entering, you agree to Brick System Brothers collecting this data and using it to contact you in the event that you are selected as the winner. Four types of information will be collected:
1. Your comment on this video will be checked to ensure that it meets the entry requirements
2. Your interaction with this channel (Brick System Brothers) will be reviewed to ensure that you have met subscription entry requirements
3. The email address found on your channel homepage will be associated with your entry for the purpose of contacting the winner once they have been selected.
4. Your YouTube channel name will be used to identify who won the Giveaway in the winner announcement video to be published shortly after the close of the contest.
