Farrokhnia; Commissioner Brian Quintenz of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC); as well as Gary DeWaal and Lee Schneider, leading legal experts on blockchain at ‎Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP and McDermott Will & Emery, respectively.
