There is nothing more South-African than Biltong!!! And no Bilong is better than Yellow Fat , C Grade, old cow beef biltong.

I apologize this video is in afrikaans for all my english viewers. I will do a full english version just for you. I promise.

you will need:
* 3-4 kg C-grade silverside beef cuts
* Brown vinegar
* Biltong hooks (you can use paper clips)
* Your favorite spice
* A biltong case or make yourself a biltongenator 3000 ;-)
* a meat tray and most of all...

A LITTLE PATIENCE!!! It takes the meat 4-5 days to dry properly.
