Most of DIO's Combos and setups excluding some character specific stuff and some incredibly tight links.

This video uses a modified ROM with custom palettes and a spritemod of DIO with his jacket on. Nothing else has been changed.

Timestop Instakill Combo

To do the Instakill combo you need atleast 5 meter, cannot be in full health and you need to initiate timestop a few frames before the knives kill the opponent. During timestop almost anything will one shot the opponent except for 2A by itself.
