My name is Sandy Huang and I help companies build growth strategies. That can be understood in different ways, like company efficiency and long-term sustainability.

Strategy provides clarity of vision. Without it, we tend to fall into busy work or familiar patterns. When people come to me, they realize that they are stuck and are looking to get back on track in ways that have measurable outcomes.

Strategy is very specific to an organization so when working with a client, I am committing to a long-term relationship. Just like a real-life relationship, it takes a lot of communication, making key decisions together and defining what success means for both of us.
