On this episode of MYG I am joined by Chris Leavitt @notjustabartender and he makes two versions of the Parmesan Espresso Martini

1.5 oz (45ml) espresso
.5 oz (15ml) Mr Black coffee liqueur
.5 oz (15ml) Pedro Ximenez Sherry
1.5 oz (45ml) Elyx Vodka by Absolut

Shake all the ingredients above and strain into a cocktail glass. Using a microplane shave a generous amount of Parmesan cheese.
