One of the three fallen officers from the Northern York Regional Police Department is being remembered as a caring father who was devoted to saving and inspiring children in York County.

Mark Baker, who was shot and killed on Wednesday, is a father of four.

One of his children, an 11-year-old boy, and his sister-in-law visited the Northern York County Regional Police Department, which is now now flooded with flowers to pay tribute to the fallen and injured officers.
